Refund policy

Due to the cosmetic nature of products and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products once shipped.  

If you receive the wrong product than was listed on your order receipt OR a product arrives damaged (broken/crushed/leaked in shipment), please contact info@thepolishnook.com including photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to remedy the situation by refund or replacement.
