Shipping policy

The Polish Nook will pack and ship most orders within 24-72 hours.  If high volume or unforseen circumstances prohibit this turn around time we will do our best to update you with an estimated ship time.

Shipping is generally conducted using the United States Post Office (USPS).  For any special shipment requests not offered during checkout please email info@thepolishnook.com referencing your order number.  We can provide free gift wrapping.

We are happy to provide international shipping where available through USPS International.  If you cannot select your country during checkout, please contact info@thepolishnook.com or message via Instagram @thepolishnook and I can add your country's shipping rates.  We are not responsible for import duties/fees/taxes or package confiscations once we have initiated your shipment.  If The Polish Nook is charged any duties/fees/taxes they will be charged back to the customer.

We rely on accurate tracking information provided by the USPS and cannot provide refunds for any lost or stolen packages.
